Preliminary Scope of Work

A "Preliminary Scope of Work" is emailed to you after your first meeting. This document outlines the proposed plan, provides an estimated cost for your project, and offers complete transparency about the "real costs" you might have.

Design Contract

Our CAD Architects create detailed drawings of your project, based off on-site field measurements. While there is a nominal fee for this, it ensures the accuracy and best results for your project.

Selection Process

Now for the fun part! Several weeks before the project starts, the "selection process" begins. Work with an in-house designer to choose items related to your project, like cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, and more! Everything is ordered ahead of time, with some items stored at your warehouse facility. We do this as an added value to ensure quality, accuracy, and to have on hand so the project does not fall behind.

Preconstruction Walk-Through

The last step before your project begins is the walk-through. You'll meet your dedicated Project Manager, the "go-to" person with questions and concerns during your project. While walking through the space, we review the critical details and even discuss smaller details including dumpster location and which entrance workers should use.

Project Management

Permits are pulled and the project begins! Your Project Manager makes daily site visits, provides weekly recaps and forecasts for coming weeks. The Project Manager is in constant communication with our designers, field crew, and sub-contractors, ensuring a successful outcome on all fronts. Your project will receive its own "Job Site Binder" which lives at the job site and holds the contract, drawings, and all your selections - just another level of organization to keep your project on track.

Wrap-Up

Near project completion, your Project Manager will work with you to create a "punch list", small details which need to be addressed and also schedule a professional cleaning. After completion, you'll receive an online request for a review and may be contacted to have pictures taken of your beautiful, newly remodeled space!
